2.3. To Send Periodic Notifications: We may use the email address, mobile numbers, and other information provided by Users to send them information and updates pertaining to their participation in events, as well as occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

3.1. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our Platform.
4. Sharing Your Personal Information
4.1. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. 5. KYC for Event Organizers/Hosts
5.1. Event organizers or hosts may be required to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and to maintain the integrity of the Platform. By using our services, you agree to cooperate with any KYC verification requests and provide accurate and up-to-date information as required.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
6.1. Event organizers or hosts must accept and sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) before using certain features of the Platform. The SLA outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our services, including but not limited to uptime guarantees, support response times, and data security measures.
7. Data Ownership and Non-Disclosure
7.1. Except for rights or permissions granted to the company via written notification, event organizer/company shall hold the exclusive rights to all sections of their customer database.
7.2. Any data or information that would be made available through the Evoting Ghana network through this service provision remains the property of the event organizer/company or its clients.
7.3. Evoting Ghana shall not disclose any content to any third party or otherwise use any such information for any other purpose other than safekeeping for historical reference. Evoting Ghana retains the right to delete data after a period of one-year post-event or maintain data on the platform as outgone event for marketing purposes only.
7.4. Either party shall exercise strict non-disclosure of each other’s business practices, data, content, and any other information made available to either party as a result of performing a part of this agreement.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
8.1. Evoting Ghana has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
